Engineering Laboratory

The Engineering Laboratory has access to digital and analog hardware design and testing capabilities. State-of-the-art Schematic Capture and CAD Systems are among the many tools available for design and testing.

R&D Laboratory

R&D Laboratory for conducting tests and experiments with laser metrology; with over 100 cameras and optical system; over 20 different lighting / illumination sources; acoustic detection, measurement equipment, etc.

Software Laboratory

Software Laboratory has a high-speed computer system network and software for CAD modeling, computer simulation, and six different computer programming languages including “C” and “C++” suitable for most projects.

The Railroad Testing Laboratory

The Railroad Testing Laboratory consists of a full-scale railway track over 80 feet long with instrumented rail segments, a variety of instrumented wheels, and other real-life stimuli that are presented to railroad products in the field.

Quality Assurance / QC Inspection Room

Quality Assurance / QC Inspection Room for control of in-coming and out-going products, with facilities to perform environmental tests including: freeze/thaw, heat, shake, impact, pressurization, as well as electronic shock testing and proving the products performance throughout realistic adverse conditions.
