Monitors Hard-to-see Components: IEM’s Undercar Thermal Inspection System detects temperature varations in cables, junction boxes,
gearboxes, traction motors, HVAC equipment, and any number of custom components designated for
monitoring.
High-speed & High-accuracy: The Undercar Thermal system can acquire data at 60 frames per-second at train speeds in excess of 350 km/hr.
Machine-learning Data Analysis: The system captures heat data and converts it into heat maps, using Smart Infrared Imaging algorithms to detect and localize various components of interest.
